About
The Cities Leadership Institute is pleased to present the Australasian Placemaking Forum with special guest Ethan Kent, Co-Director PlacemakingX.
This one-day forum will bring together lead placemaking practitioners from Australia and New Zealand to launch the Australasian Placemaking Council* and refine its charter, membership and governance.
Reinventing public spaces as hearts of the community, driving citizen and business investment in their surroundings and strengthening the connection between publics and places, placemaking maximises the shared value of our cities.
Capitalizing on community assets and potential, good placemaking practice creates quality shared public spaces and supports the evolution of our communities.
Placemaking transforms and reimagines spaces into living hearts of communities. By responding to the identity and potential of places, placemaking uses community collaboration to maximise the shared value of public places. The result is functional, dynamic and thriving destinations.
Join us to define and grow the Australian placemaking movement.
